Extend your comfort zone and stay in the neighbourhood you love.
Why move houses when you can expand your living space instead? Green-Shore house extensions are designed around the existing Perth home, creating extra bedrooms, larger kitchens, outdoor entertaining areas and better indoor-outdoor flow.

In most cases, you can live in your house while we renovate it. We’ll work around you, and you’ll get all the comforts of your own home.
We stick closely to your vision, pay attention to detail, communicate clearly and aim to complete work within the agreed timeframe.
From first meeting to your dream come true.
Initial meeting
During our first meeting, our goal is to listen carefully so we can visualise your project as clearly as you can.
Initial design and pricing
Using our design and construction expertise, we create a concept and give you an estimated cost.
Preliminary Planning Agreement
Once you’re happy with the design, we ask you to sign a PPA and pay a nominal fee to progress to the contract stage. The fee is later deducted from the contract total.
Approval process
We work with local governments every day, so we handle the council approval process, including full work drawings.
Materials and final cost
We work with you to choose the right materials and finishes. Once you’re happy, we present a fixed final price.
The contract
With designs, materials and approvals finalised, we sit down to sign the building contract and answer your questions.
Confirmation and timeframe
Together, we finalise the start date and set realistic building timeframes, so the job can be done well rather than rushed.
Construction
During construction, you can continue to live in your home with minimal disruption, thanks to our in-situ method.
Your dream come true
When construction is complete, your dream will be a reality, with the advantages of your new or renovated home.
